FerroWest's dispatchers were planning routes for 180 trucks across six states using spreadsheets and phone calls, with no visibility into real-time traffic, driver hours-of-service limits, or fuel costs until a load was already underway.

We built a dispatch platform with a constraint-based routing engine that re-optimizes routes as conditions change, factoring in live traffic, HOS compliance, and fuel pricing by region. Dispatchers get a live map and can override any suggested route, with the system re-planning everything downstream automatically.

In the first year of full adoption, FerroWest cut fuel spend by $2.1M and reduced average delivery delays by over four hours per route.
